Talk 24 - emptiness

everyone have their own share of low and high points. No matter how bad your story might be or how worse of a situation you think you are in, there would always be people who would make it feel like a child's play in comparison to what they have endured. It doesn't help help much, just worsens it. People like watching stuff that seem superficial. Fiction is popular only because reality is boring and painful. Fiction is the only place where expectations get real. It's not bound by rules and neither is it judged by people. It's.just what it is in a form that was meant to be. Happily ever after doesn't exist and yet we try all our lives to attain that and finally die for the same. we don't learn from it. We just try harder and harder to gain it but every time we fail the effects are compounded and we feel more depressed. Giving your effort for your own happiness isn't necessarily a bad thing but the thing we always forget is where to draw the line. No matter what we try and what we do. Humans get lonely at some or the other point of their lives. We are social beings and no matter how much we deny it. Eventually we tend to go back to our own species and see a familiar face. The more we try to interact and the more we seem to have fun the more we will feel empty at the end of the day. No matter how popular you are or how many people gather around you. Finally it's going to be just you to keep yourself company. This isn't loneliness. Its emptiness. Filling it with superficial things that eventually tend to disappear would never truly help and thus we have to fill it with the reality ni matter how harsh. So that everytime we look inside. There's no illusion or deception waiting to backstab us. Rather it's just us waiiting at the other end with the most genuine of our smiles, waving back.
