Talk 18 - introverts(2)
People think that engaging introverts in conversations where they are less comfortable actually helps. They think it allows people to expand their horizon and speak freely but often the outcome is opposite that of expected. By seeing in situations, where they unable to act like themselves the only thing that happens is the suppression of ones personality and views. They don't speak more after this. They speak even less as they get more conscious of the people around them. They are forced to concentrate more and provide content, they aren't acquainted with and often it leads to a break in their personality. Introverts need their personal space. They want to be left alone most of the time. Giving them time is more important than asking time from them. Introverts aren't necessarily shy. They are just afraid that dumb people won't get the rapidity of their thought process. Not every human is a trained physcartist and yet they try to be one. This is what introverts hate the most because begin who they are they can easily distinguish between a human face and a snake mask
